Food-Focused AI & Data Analytics
The food and agriculture sector faces multi-dimensional sustainability challenges beyond decarbonization, such as biodiversity loss. However, the complexity of food products makes their values hard to see, leading some ingredients to be avoided based on perception rather than evidence—risking a loss of food diversity and culture.
‘My-Eco-Ruler’ visualizes the values of food products using over ten multidimensional indicators. Through data and AI, it makes producers’ efforts visible, supporting the preservation of diverse food cultures in a sustainable way.
